As Creative Director at Lancaster LGBTQ+ Coalition, I was responsible for creating and maintaining a brand which balances a celebration of Queer identity and visual communication of ourselves as a trustworthy health, housing, and education resource for our community and those seeking DEI training.

The work I completed for the Coalition was recognized with 6 design awards from Graphic Design USA, including an American Web Design Award for their eye-catching and informative homepage.

Over just a couple years, the brand evolved from a fledgeling startup operating out of a co-working space to a six-figure nonprofit with their own physical location, of which I was responsible for designing the interior.

Our social marketing pipeline utilized cutting-edge automation techniques to lighten the workload for a small team and reduce nonprofit operating costs while maintaining content output.
